Tiramisu Kissed Oreo Dream Cheesecake
Ingredients
Oreo Base
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Tiramisu Filling
- 16 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (2 containers), softened
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons brewed coffee, cooled
Caramel Sauce Topping
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, warmed
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Oreo Base
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool completely.
Tiramisu Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, mascarpone cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, espresso powder, and brewed coffee until fully incorporated.
- Pour the filling over the cooled Oreo crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool completely and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Caramel Sauce Topping
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until the sugar turns a deep amber color.
- Carefully add the warmed heavy cream and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Allow the caramel sauce to cool slightly before drizzling over the chilled cheesecake.
