Ingredients:

  • Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (2 containers, 16 oz total)
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese with sugar until smooth.
