Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Black & White cookies, crushed
  • 4 oz butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Mix crushed Black & White cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
