Decadent Delights Cheesecake

Oreo Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Butter Pecan Filling

  • 2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz total)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Whipped Cream & Cherry Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh cherries for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in chopped pecans and pour filling over the Oreo crust.
  6. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cheesecake and top with fresh cherries.
