Decadent Delights Cheesecake
Oreo Crust
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Butter Pecan Filling
- 2 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz total)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Whipped Cream & Cherry Topping
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh cherries for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar together until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in chopped pecans and pour filling over the Oreo crust.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread over the cheesecake and top with fresh cherries.
