Oreo Cookie Crust

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted kosher margarine, melted

Strawberry Filling

  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Classic Cheesecake

  • 16 ounces of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs

Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted margarine until well combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, creating an even crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries have softened and released their juices, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, granulated sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared Oreo crust.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the cooled strawberry filling onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the strawberry filling into the cream cheese, creating a marbled effect.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven, leave the cheesecake inside, and let it cool gradually for 1 hour.
  11. Remove from the oven and run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  12. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until firm peaks form.
  13. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
  14. Garnish with additional sliced strawberries, if desired.
  15. Slice, serve, and enjoy the creamy and indulgent Creamy Strawberry Dream Cheesecake!
