Creamy Delights Cheesecake
Oreo Crust
- 2 cups crushed kosher Oreo cookies
- 6 tablespoons melted unsalted margarine
Strawberry Filling
- 16 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry puree
Pineapple & Kiwi Topping
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed kosher Oreo cookies and melted margarine until evenly mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, creating an even crust. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until creamy and smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and strawberry puree until fully combined.
- Pour the strawberry filling over the Oreo crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Prior to serving, top the cheesecake with crushed pineapple and arrange sliced kiwis on top.
