The Heavenly Delight Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces of Vanilla Wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted melted butter
- 2 containers (16 ounces) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup of sliced pineapple
- 1 cup of sliced kiwi
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Vanilla Wafer crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, forming an even crust.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
- Drizzle the salted caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Carefully run a knife along the edges to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the outer ring of the springform pan.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, arrange the sliced pineapple and kiwi on top of the cheesecake.
