The Heavenly Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces of Vanilla Wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted melted butter
  • 2 containers (16 ounces) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of sliced pineapple
  • 1 cup of sliced kiwi

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Vanilla Wafer crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan, forming an even crust.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
  8. Drizzle the salted caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  11. Carefully run a knife along the edges to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the outer ring of the springform pan.
  12. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  13. Before serving, arrange the sliced pineapple and kiwi on top of the cheesecake.
