Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of Vanilla wafer crumbs
  • ⅓ cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 containers (8oz each) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sour cream
