Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:
Cookies & Cream Dream Cheesecake
Ingredients:
10 ounces of kosher Shortbread cookies, crushed
4 ounces of unsalted butter, melted
24 ounces of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
8 ounces of kosher chocolate sandwich cookies, roughly chopped
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of hot fudge sauce, warmed
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix the crushed Shortbread cookies with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan to create the crust. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gently fold in the chopped chocolate sandwich cookies.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake from the sides of the pan.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cheesecake to set.
Prior to serving, pour the warmed hot fudge sauce over the top of the cheesecake, spreading it evenly.
