A Heavenly Delight Cheesecake

Cinnamon Roll Base:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate Hazelnut Filling:

  • 16 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

Chocolate Ganache Topping:

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the cinnamon roll base.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate hazelnut spread, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set and slightly golden on top.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  8. While the cheesecake is cooling, prepare the chocolate ganache topping. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer.
  9. Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a minute to melt.
  10. Add the vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth and glossy.
  11. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake, spreading it evenly.
  12. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  13. Once chilled and set, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice into heavenly delicious pieces.
