The Divine Delight Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 containers (8 oz) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fudge brownie crumbles
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas and Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until well combined.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the banana cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the heavy cream into the mixture and beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle fudge brownie crumbles on top of the chilled cheesecake before serving.
