The Divine Delight Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 containers (8 oz) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fudge brownie crumbles

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas and Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until well combined.
  4. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the banana cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth.
  5. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Pour the heavy cream into the mixture and beat until smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  9. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  10. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Sprinkle fudge brownie crumbles on top of the chilled cheesecake before serving.
