Ingredients:
- 1 and a 1/2 cups of Cinnamon Roll flavored Granola
- 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup
- 16 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup of Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/4 cup of Sour Cream
- 1 cup of Mixed Berries
- 1 cup of Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup of Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Cinnamon Roll flavored Granola and Maple Syrup and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.
