Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Apple Pie Crust mix
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 containers (16 ounces) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup passion fruit puree
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup sliced kiwi

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Apple Pie Crust mix and melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
  3. Pat mixture evenly into a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy and smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour half of the mixture into the crust.
  5. Add the passion fruit puree to the remaining cheesecake mixture and stir until well combined. Pour this mixture over the layer in the crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  7. Remove from oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Top with diced pineapple and sliced kiwi before serving.
