Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Cayenne, Bourbon & Orange Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Cayenne Pepper & Dark Chocolate Cookies
  • 4 oz Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Orange Zest

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Pulse Cayenne Pepper & Dark Chocolate Cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and pulse until combined.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
  5. Using an electric mixer, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
  6. Add granulated sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  7. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  8. Add Bourbon and Caramel Sauce and mix well.
  9. Pour cheesecake filling over cooled crust and bake until set, about 45 minutes.
  10. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until fully chilled, about 2 hours.
  11. In a small bowl, whisk vanilla, orange juice and orange zest. Spread over chilled cheesecake before serving.
