Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of apple pie crust mix
  • ⅓ cup of melted butter
  • 16 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup of whiskey liqueur
  • 8 oz of semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of toffee bits

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the apple pie crust mix and melted butter until it forms a dough. Press the dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, whiskey, melted chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cooled apple pie crust.
  5. Sprinkle the toffee bits evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until set.
  7. Remove from oven and cool completely. Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve and enjoy!
