Cheesecake Symphony
Ingredients:
- 12 Black & White cookies, crushed
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (24 oz total)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup espresso or strong coffee
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Mix crushed Black & White cookies with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix together espresso or strong coffee, Kahlua, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Add coffee mixture to cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
- Pour filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and enjoy!
