Chia Berry Bliss Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Chia Seeds
- 16 oz. Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberry filling
- 1 cup fruit compote topping
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Chia Seeds and melted butter until mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of 8-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the Chia Seeds crust.
- Add blueberry filling on top of the cream cheese mixture and gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
- Remove from oven and let it cool completely.
- Spread fruit compote topping over the cooled cheesecake.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
