Cinnamon Churro Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon churro crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl combine 1 1/2 cups cinnamon churro crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and beat until combined.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  8. Pour the mixture over the crust.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  12. Drizzle 1 cup of caramel sauce over the cheesecake before serving.
