Cinnamon Churro Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cinnamon churro crumbs
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl combine 1 1/2 cups cinnamon churro crumbs and 3 tablespoons melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth.
- Add 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Drizzle 1 cup of caramel sauce over the cheesecake before serving.
