Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix chopped walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Press mixture down into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, beating until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream.
Pour the mixture over the cooled base and spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let cool to room temperature. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
In a small bowl, mix together the orange juice, orange zest, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract. Once the cheesecake is chilled, spread the mixture evenly over the top of the cheesecake. Serve and enjoy!
