Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

The Greek Honey-Nut Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the melted butter and Oreo cookie crumbs together until well combined. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it's creamy and smooth. Gradually add in honey, cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, vanilla extract and salt. Beat until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared pan over the Oreo crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled.
  7. To serve, remove the cheesecake from the pan and sprinkle with toasted sliced almonds on top.
