Citrus Blossom Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cup fig and olive tapenade
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Press the cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom of the pan, using a spoon or your fingers.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
In another mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
Stir in the olive oil and lemon zest. Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Spread the fig and olive tapenade over the top of the cheesecake once it is cooled.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
