Creamy Delights Cheesecake Recipe

Lavender & Honey crust

  • 1 1/2 cups of honey graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 tbsp of dried lavender flowers

Cardamom & Pear filling

  • 3 containers of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (8 oz each), softened
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of ground cardamom
  • 2 pears, peeled and chopped

Pineapple & Kiwi topping

  • 1 can of crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp of honey

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, honey, and lavender flowers in a bowl until crumbly.
  3. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and cardamom.
  7. Gently fold in chopped pears and pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  9. In a small bowl, mix drained crushed pineapple, sliced kiwis, and honey. Spoon the mixture onto each slice of cheesecake before serving.
