Oreo Base
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
Strawberry Filling
- 16 oz. Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, puree and strained to remove seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Orange & Vanilla Topping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add melted butter and mix until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until light and fluffy. Add sugar, eggs, and strawberry puree. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the Oreo crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake is set.
- Remove cheesecake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and orange juice. Spread over the top of the cheesecake.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator overnight.
