Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/3 cup passion fruit puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped fudge brownies
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, Feta cheese, chopped spinach, and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
- In a separate mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until well blended. Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in passion fruit puree and heavy cream and mix well to combine.
- Pour mixture into the cooled crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, sprinkle chopped fudge brownies on top.
