Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup passion fruit puree
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped fudge brownies

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, Feta cheese, chopped spinach, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until well blended. Add in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in passion fruit puree and heavy cream and mix well to combine.
  6. Pour mixture into the cooled crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle chopped fudge brownies on top.
