Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 containers (16 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix cooked quinoa and honey. Press mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture onto the crust.
- In a blender, puree balsamic vinegar and strawberries until smooth. Add the remaining half of the cream cheese mixture into the blender and puree until mixed.
- Pour the balsamic and strawberry mixture onto the cream cheese layer. Swirl with a toothpick.
