Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mashed bananas
  • 2 containers (16 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup rose water
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 kiwi, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham crackers, walnuts, and mashed bananas. Press mixture into bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixer bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
  4. Pour half of the mixture onto the crust. Set aside the other half.
  5. In another bowl, mix rose water and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves.
  6. Add the rose mixture to the other half of the cheese mixture. Mix well and pour onto the first half on the crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cheesecake is set but still jiggles in the center. Let cool completely in the pan.
  8. Arrange the pineapple and kiwi on top of the cheesecake. Serve chilled.
