Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas
- 2 containers (16 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup rose water
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 kiwi, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, combine graham crackers, walnuts, and mashed bananas. Press mixture into bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a mixer bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
- Pour half of the mixture onto the crust. Set aside the other half.
- In another bowl, mix rose water and cornstarch until cornstarch dissolves.
- Add the rose mixture to the other half of the cheese mixture. Mix well and pour onto the first half on the crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cheesecake is set but still jiggles in the center. Let cool completely in the pan.
- Arrange the pineapple and kiwi on top of the cheesecake. Serve chilled.
