Acai Berry Base
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup Acai Berry puree
Passion Fruit Filling
- 24 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Passion Fruit puree
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Elderflower Topping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Elderflower syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
