Ingredients:

  • 1 9-inch Apple Pie Crust
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  4. Stir in the fig jam and chopped rosemary.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared apple pie crust.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set around the edges and slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, top with diced pineapple and sliced kiwi.
