  • 2 containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz total)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup espresso or strongly brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cinnamon roll crumbs and melted butter until fully mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
