Ingredients:
8 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 cup Acai berry base
1 cup granola
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add the Acai berry base and mix until fully combined.
Gently fold in the granola and maple syrup.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing each until fully incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set.
Let cool for at least 1 hour before adding the topping.
In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter for a few seconds until softened.
