Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Vanilla Wafers, crushed
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 15 Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 15 Cherries, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the vanilla wafers and melted butter, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until blended before adding the next.
  6. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for 6 hours or overnight.
  10. In a bowl, beat the whipping cream and powdered sugar together until it forms stiff peaks.
  11. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the top of the cheesecake.
  12. Decorate with cherries and serve.
