Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, mix churro crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract at medium speed until smooth and fluffy.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies until well combined.
- Pour filling onto the crust, spreading out evenly.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is almost set.
