Chef's Delight Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 ready-to-bake Apple Pie crust
- 3 containers (24 oz) of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (21 oz) of Blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup pitted cherries, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Using your fingers, gently press the Apple Pie crust onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Spoon the Blueberry pie filling on top of the cheesecake and spread it evenly.
- Mix together the brandy and sliced cherries in a small bowl, and then spoon the mixture over the Blueberry filling.
- Return the cheesecake to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
