  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix Graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl, then add butter and stir until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.

  10. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Remove the cheesecake from the pan.
  12. Top with the can of cherry pie filling.
  13. In a chilled bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
