Chocoholic's Dream Cheesecake
Oreo Crust
- 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Chocolate Hazelnut Filling
- 16 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pineapple & Kiwi Topping
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Wrap a 9-inch springform pan with two layers of aluminum foil.
- In a medium bowl, mix together crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add in sugar and cocoa powder, and mix until well combined.
- Mix in Nutella until smooth.
- Incorporate in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with crushed pineapple and sliced kiwi.
