Chocoholic's Dream Cheesecake

Oreo Crust

  • 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Chocolate Hazelnut Filling

  • 16 ounces Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Nutella hazelnut spread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pineapple & Kiwi Topping

  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Wrap a 9-inch springform pan with two layers of aluminum foil.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in sugar and cocoa powder, and mix until well combined.
  5. Mix in Nutella until smooth.
  6. Incorporate in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  8. Pour the mixture onto the prepared crust.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Before serving, top with crushed pineapple and sliced kiwi.
