1 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix Buttermilk Biscuit crumbs, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press mixture into the bottom of prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup granulated sugar and beat until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add Irish whiskey, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt; beat until well combined. Pour mixture over prepared crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly. Let cool to room temperature then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, combine berries and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Serve cheesecake topped with berries and whipped cream.
