Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Apple Pie Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz)
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 can Apple Pie Filling (21 oz)
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until well combined.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust.
  8. Spoon the apple pie filling on top of the cheesecake filling, spreading it out evenly.
  9. Bake the cheesecake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  10. Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
  11. In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  12. Serve the cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
