Apple Pie Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 2 containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese (16 oz)
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 can Apple Pie Filling (21 oz)
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 8 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust.
- Spoon the apple pie filling on top of the cheesecake filling, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake the cheesecake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
- In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Serve the cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
