Ingredients:

• 1 package Apple Pie crust
• 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• Whipped cream, for topping
• 1 can cherry pie filling, for topping

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Press the apple pie crust into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
