Ingredients:
- 1 package Apple Pie crust
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- Whipped cream, for topping
- 1 can cherry pie filling, for topping
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Press the apple pie crust into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
