In a bowl, combine the crushed apple pie crust and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar together until creamy and smooth. Add in the whiskey and melted chocolate, and continue beating the mixture until fully combined.
Add the eggs one at a time, making sure each egg is fully blended into the mixture before adding the next one.
Mix in the vanilla extract and pour the cheesecake mixture into the springform pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and golden brown.
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
Top the cheesecake with the chopped toasted almonds before serving.
