Ingredients:

  • 1 can cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and lay each roll down in the pan, pressing down to make a crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese with the sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Pour over the cinnamon roll crust.
