Pistachio Salted Caramel Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Pistachio Crumbs
- 2 containers of 8 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Sauce
- 2 Large Eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1/4 cup Cherries, pitted and halved
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together Pistachio Crumbs and 2 Tbsp of melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and Granulated Sugar with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
- Beat in All-Purpose Flour and Vanilla Extract.
- Beat in Salted Caramel Sauce.
- Beat in Eggs one at a time, mixing just until incorporated after each addition.
- Stir in Heavy Cream and Salt.
- Pour the mixture over the Pistachio Crumbs crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool the cheesecake to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with Whipped Cream and Cherries.
