Black & White Tiramisu Brownie Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Black & White Cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup Fudge Brownie chunks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix together Black & White cookie crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and flour until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and pour mixture onto the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- In a small bowl, whisk together coffee and Kahlua.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until combined.
- Add coffee mixture to the whipped cream mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour the Tiramisu filling on top of the cooled cheesecake.
- Sprinkle Fudge Brownie chunks on top.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
