Black & White Tiramisu Brownie Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Black & White Cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup Fudge Brownie chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Black & White cookie crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, sugar, and flour until creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract and pour mixture onto the crust.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  8. Let cool to room temperature.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together coffee and Kahlua.
  10. In another bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese and mix until combined.
  11. Add coffee mixture to the whipped cream mixture and mix until combined.
  12. Pour the Tiramisu filling on top of the cooled cheesecake.
  13. Sprinkle Fudge Brownie chunks on top.
  14. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
