Oreo Cheesecake with Marshmallow Topping
Ingredients:
24 Oreo Cookies, crushed
6 tbsp Butter, melted
16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
1 cup Marshmallow Cream
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the crushed Oreos and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large bowl, beat the softened Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour the mixture over the prepared crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the cheesecake is set in the center.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and spread the marshmallow cream over the top. Serve chilled.
