Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 containers (16 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture onto bottom and up the sides of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until well blended.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies and heavy cream.
  6. Pour mixture into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Spread salted caramel sauce on top of cheesecake.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
