Creamy Almond Honey Cheesecake with Marshmallow Topping
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 containers (8oz each) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 cup Marshmallows
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool down.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the cooled crust.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the marshmallows over low heat.
- Spoon the melted marshmallows over the top of the cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
