A Trio Delight Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups of Apple Pie base
• 24 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
• 1 cup of Greek Yogurt
• 1/2 cup of Honey
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup of Dark Fudge Brownie pieces for topping

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
2. Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
3. Press a thin and even layer of Apple Pie base onto the bottom of the pan using the back of a spoon.
4. Beat the 24 oz of Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, Greek yogurt and honey in a large bowl with an electric mixer set on medium speed until well blended.
5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the Apple Pie base in the pan.
7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest inside for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
10. Sprinkle the dark fudge brownie pieces over the top of the cheesecake.
11. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
