Caramel Tiramisu Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 100g Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 4oz Unsalted Butter, melted
- 3 Containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Espresso, cooled
- 1/4 cup Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Mix the crushed Vanilla Wafers and melted Butter until well combined and press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, Sugar, Flour, and Vanilla Extract until creamy.
- Add the Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the Heavy Whipping Cream and mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cooled Espresso and Kahlúa together.
- Add the Espresso mixture to the Cream Cheese mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set but still jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the pan and drizzle Caramel Sauce over the top.
