Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Caramel Tiramisu Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 100g Vanilla Wafers, crushed
  • 4oz Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 3 Containers Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup Kahlúa or other coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix the crushed Vanilla Wafers and melted Butter until well combined and press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, Sugar, Flour, and Vanilla Extract until creamy.
  4. Add the Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Add the Heavy Whipping Cream and mix until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix the cooled Espresso and Kahlúa together.
  7. Add the Espresso mixture to the Cream Cheese mixture and mix well.
  8. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set but still jiggly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the pan and drizzle Caramel Sauce over the top.
