Aromatic Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Rosemary & Olive Oil cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 containers (8 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix Rosemary & Olive Oil cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. Do not overbeat.
  6. Stir in Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and pour mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges of the cheesecake are set while the center is still slightly jiggly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  9. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted.
  10. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until set.
  11. Remove from pan and slice before serving.
