Aromatic Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Rosemary & Olive Oil cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 containers (8 oz) Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix Rosemary & Olive Oil cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well combined. Do not overbeat.
- Stir in Chocolate Hazelnut Spread and pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges of the cheesecake are set while the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over low heat. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until set.
- Remove from pan and slice before serving.
