1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese until smooth. Add the chocolate hazelnut spread and beat until well combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheesecake is set. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely in the pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Remove the cheesecake from the pan and spread the mixed berries on top of the cheesecake. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the berries.
