Cinnamon Pear Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
- 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 2 pears, peeled and diced
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
- Roll the cinnamon roll dough into a flat layer and press it into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the cinnamon roll base for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and continue mixing until well combined.
- Mix in the cardamom and diced pears.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll base.
- Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is set and the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the cheesecake completely before removing it from the pan.
- Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
