Say cheese! Meet your new personalized cheesecake recipe:

Cinnamon Pear Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 16 oz Norman's Kosher Cholov Yisroel Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 2 pears, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  3. Roll the cinnamon roll dough into a flat layer and press it into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Bake the cinnamon roll base for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. In a mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Add in the eggs and continue mixing until well combined.
  7. Mix in the cardamom and diced pears.
  8. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll base.
  9. Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is set and the edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool the cheesecake completely before removing it from the pan.
  11. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.
  12. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
